I was responsible for understanding current end-to-end consumer journey and identify key opportunity areas to help visualize the north star experience for the team.

Crafted a presentation that employed visual storytelling techniques that demonstrated human-centric design principles with a clear focus on the problem space.
Our core team used these artifacts to help define the scope and MVP to North Star experience to ensure decisions were consumer-focused.
